1. All goods sold will not be entitled to return after 7days of purchase or after installation. Returned goods have to be completed with the proof of purchase, light accessories and box that comes with it in good condition.
  2. All goods sold will not be refundable after 3days of purchase or after installation. Refunded goods have to be completed with the proof of purchase, light accessories and box that comes with it in good condition.
  3. Goods sold are subjected to warranty, where warranty covers the troubleshooting, repair & changing of components should it be deemed repairable.
  4. For goods that are not able to repair and it falls under the warranty period, 1 to 1 replacement will be made, subjected to product condition such as manufacturer’s defects. Rough handling and incorrect installation that led to the malfunction of lights will not be covered under the warranty 1 to 1 replacement will not be made.
